· Learn from our distinguished speakers the impact of Covid 19 during the recent months on delivery of baby and family dynamics, the research known and unknown regarding pregnancy and birth management, what is the latest news and updates on study, research, complications of mother and outcomes of baby.

· Describe the update on Colorado’s laws regarding miscarriage, management and how care givers can co-care with their patients.

· Learn how the impact and accomplishments of CPNL’s 40 years of service to the Denver community has effected change in practice and provides “Healing to Parents to Promote Healthy Families”.

· Understand from a professional’s experience with her own birth trauma and how she is helping others to realize the impact and promote change.

· Understand from an international speaker on Pregnancy Loss and the Pregnancy that follows, how it impacts parents, children, and extended family members.

· Understand how two experts guide you to realize “secondary trauma”, how to cope, and the cost to those on the front lines helping others, especially during this difficult time of caring.

· Listen and observe a panel of parents who share their stories and talk about changes that will hope to have a permanent lasting impact on your work with patients.

For Nursing Professionals, this activity has been submitted to Colorado Nurses Association for approval to award 7.5 contact hours. Colorado Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. You must attend the entire event to receive your Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Certificates will be issued once approval is final.
